The United Nation’s Women’s Say NO initiative is a global platform for advocacy and action, contributing towards the objectives of the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moons campaign UNiTE to End Violence against Women through social mobilization.
It is with overwhelming pleasure that the Relationship Abuse Prevention Program (RAPP) announces that Tyriek Overton, our Truman High School Senior RAPP Peer Leader and winner of the “Rap for RAPP” contest championing non-violence against women is featured as the “2012 – Say NO UNiTE” video of the week.
Tyriek’s video can also be viewed on the Say No to Violence YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/saynotoviolence.
Here’s to uniting to end violence – RAPP On!!!!
