ACS recently released the results of the re-scored RFP Awards for Foster Care and General Preventive Services. The first round of awarded recommendations that were announced in April 2010, were subsequently rescinded for re-scoring of a community connection element of the proposal.
As a result, Edwin Gould has received funding for the next ten years that will build a foundation for the future. The Agency is one of the six agencies that received top awards for both Foster Care and General Preventive Services.
The results of the RFP shows that the Agency maintained its focus as a performance and outcome-driven organization insisting upon strong results in the achievement of desirable outcomes for clients at all program levels.
