Be a hero to NYC’s most vulnerable!
Join us on Sunday, July 30th for Summer Cycle 2017 and help raise critical funds to reach and serve children in foster care; families in crisis; and developmentally disabled adults across NYC. Once again, we will partner with the Hudson Valley Rail Ride in Millerton, NY for a fun-filled day including a BBQ festival, outdoor activities, camping, and multiple cycling routes ranging from 23 to 100 miles.
Join Team Gould and raise funds as a cyclist, team leader, or virtual cyclist -It costs nothing to sign up!
We will help you set up your fundraising page and provide all the tools you need-
all you need to do is reach out to your networks! If you wish to ride at the event,
you must commit to raising a minimum of $500.
Our event website will be live in May. In the meantime, contact Sharon Pyle at 212-437-3551 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Join us on Saturday, February 18th at 10am and help us make over our playrooms! We need volunteers to paint, assemble new furniture and toys, and be a part of our community!
A little about our playrooms: Over one thousand children visit our downtown Brooklyn office each year to meet with their counselors, attend groups, or visit with their birth families. We have three playrooms at this site which have not been painted or furnished since 2009! Thanks to a generous donation of paint from color guru, Donald Kaufman of Donald Kaufman Color, we are ready to transform these rooms! Please lend your talents on February 18th! We will have coffee and bagels aplenty to start off the day and all volunteers will be treated to lunch as well.
If you are interested in participating, please contact us at email@example.com
Put food on her table this holiday season!
We work with more than 500 families across NYC who will go without a holiday meal this year without your help! We are collecting non-perishables and cash donations and will distribute food baskets to families on November 17th and December 19th. Donations are accepted year-round for emergency food needs.
Three Ways To Help:
PURCHASE FROM OUR WISH LIST
We have set up a wish list with needed items. Purchasing this way will have your gifts delivered directly to us. Please note your name and address on the order as a note to us or send us an e-mail with the receipt so that we can credit your donation to you and send an acknowledgement. Click here for the Wishlist.
LEAD A MINI FOOD DRIVE
Collect non-perishables at your place of business, community organization, or place of worship. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in setting this up or arranging a pick-up.
A monetary gift will enable us to purchase the food in most need or add fresh foods to the baskets. Please click here or contact Sharon 212-437-3551.
We are looking for volunteers to help with our annual holiday giving drives. Holiday gifts and Thanksgiving food baskets are needed for many of our children and families. These are ideal projects for a team of coworkers, students looking for service opportunities, religious organizations, and other charitably-minded groups and individuals. Every year, we distribute over 1,000 gifts to children living in foster care, in unstable housing, or who are living through a time of family crisis. Help us to make that possible again this year!
